We only take items in an acceptable condition for resale.  Our process for checking items is rigorous and as a result, none of the items will ever be in a poor or unacceptable condition.  We have a 5 tier rating system but event items in 'fair condition' will be superb!  If the box/dust bag etc is missing it will be stated in the description of the item.

 

5 Tier Condition Rating

Excellent - unused/new, with original dust bag/box

Very Good - minimal use/very little sign of wear, with original dust bag/box

Good - light signs of wear, unnoticeable when wearing, with or without original dust bag/box

Fair - acceptable condition with some signs of wear, with or without original dust bag/box 

Vintage - a vintage piece will also have one of the four ratings above but may also show signs of its age
