Fantastic friendly service, I was kept updated throughout. The bag arrived quickly and was so beautifully packaged it was a real treat to open it. The bag itself described as 'very good' was in immaculate condition and looked barely used ! It is such a beautiful bag and I'm so pleased. The whole experience of buying from Lucy has been fabulous and an absolute pleasure.

Such a seamless experience purchasing from Loved To Go! I asked for further details about the item and Lucy quickly sent me a video which reassured me that, despite being a vintage piece, it was in beautiful condition. Super fast delivery, thoughtfully packaged and great communication. I would have no hesitation in buying from Loved To Go again, or indeed consigning pieces with them in the future.
