Shipping Policy

We use 'Royal Mail Special Delivery' for all UK deliveries of  Loved To Go products and charge a flat rate of £10.

We use 'Royal Mail First Class Signed For' for the majority of Loved To Kids products and charge a flat rate of £5.  High value items will be shipped using "Royal Mail Special Delivery' at a flat rate charge of £10.

Items are dispatched on Mondays and Thursdays and you should expect your order to be delivered to you within 2 working days.  COVID-19 UPDATE:  Delivery times may vary due to the current pandemic, please refer to for more details.


If you live outside of the UK please contact for an individual shipping quote. 


Please note that these prices are subject to change, and that any additional customs / duties will be payable by the recipient.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you wish to return the items for any reason we require notification by email.  Please follow the simple instructions which will be included within your delivery.  


If an item has been purchased on you must inform us in writing within 14 days if you do not wish to keep the item.  You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us for a full refund back to the way you paid.  (Please note shipping fees are non-refundable)​

Unfortunately Loved To Go does not offer pre-paid returns at this time and the customer is responsible for the item until it is received by us.  Please make sure you use a recognised and efficient courier and that your item is insured for its value.  We hold no responsibility for the item until it has been received and should it get lost you will need to claim compensation directly from the courier.


Your order will have a returns tag attached which must not be tampered with and still be in place to get your full refund.


Refunds will be processed after inspection within 10 working days and if receiving a refund by card or bank, they may take a further 5 working days to appear in your account.


Loved To Go reserves the right to offer no refund or a partial refund should your item not be returned with either: all that it was sold with or not in the condition it was sold as.

Please note that this refund policy does not apply to sourced items - this is service provided and terms of return will be between you and the retailer purchased from.  Please refer to our sourcing terms for further information.
